I am a System Engineer who looks after the everyday systems a business depends on: servers, user accounts, email, storage, backups and access.
My approach is simple: keep things stable, document what I change, and fix the cause of a problem instead of the symptom. When something breaks, I want the team back to work fast and the same issue not to return.
